My professional commercial background and experience consists of working as a Hazardous Materials Specialist for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and includes thirty-two years in cargo tank inspections, compliance investigations, and providing industry training.  In addition, I was the lead Hazardous Materials Instructor for the National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) providing Registered Inspector training for fifteen years and also as a cargo tank roadside inspection trainer for the FMCSA National Training Center for twenty years.
