Registered Inspector three-year federal training.

Are you tired to the Zoom training classes or the expense of sending your registered inspectors to a two- or three-day training classes? I travel to your facility to present the training to only your inspectors in your inspection bay or training room. This training covers MC 306, DOT 406, MC 307, DOT 407, MC 312, DOT 412, MC 330, MC 331, MC 338, and FRP special permit cargo tanks. The training is customized to only the cargo tanks that you test and inspect.

I bring vents, valves, fusible devices, remote shutoffs, and bench testing fixtures for hands on training. The students will see the difference between the Fort Valve and Girard 300 series and 400 series pressure relief devices (PRD).

For the function specific hands-on training, I set up a 406 and a 407 PRD bench testing devices, set up to calibrate a thickness testing device, and set up and calibrate a rubber lined cargo tank spark tester.
